Off-Campus Life

The Homebuyers class is taught in 3 sessions, from 6:00pm - 8:30pm.

The Housing Fair brings together property management companies, landlords, realtors, other community resources, and Colorado State University offices in an effort to inform students about their housing options and how to successfully live off campus. In turn, it provides vendors with an excellent opportunity to tell students about their services. OUR FALL 2025 HOUSING FAIR WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025. DON'T MISS OUT ON OUR EARLY BIRD PRICING -- $550 until Monday, October 20, 2025!
