The Good Neighbor Program (GNP) is a project developed by Colorado State University's Off-Campus Life in response to the common student questions of:  "Where should I live?", "Who are the good property managers?", and "Are there properties I should avoid?"  Off-Campus Life never did, and never will, identify property managers as good, bad, or to be avoided.  We will let them now about the Good Neighbor Program, a program that property managers can choose to participate in if they abide by ethical standards that go above and beyond their legal requirements as housing providers.  The program aims to provide more education to CSU students in the housing process, provide accountability for equal and fiar housing practices, and support property managers (and their tenants) as they strive to provide a positive off-campus living experience.
